I sped up the zoom in rate and lowered the max zoom out distance and I like it, but as far as a camera 'mod' I have yet to see one. You can do this manually with Bilago's mod tool. The only camera mods I've seen are ones that just skew the numbers to make it not zoom out as far, or have it more to the left, or right. The whole tunnel will be filled with lots of wastes and train wrecks. In this mod, a vast network of all the subway tunnels will be created which you will be able to view the map.
